Is this work right for me?

If you are wondering whether this work can benefit you, that is often already a sign you are ready. The energetic and systemic sessions invite clarity, peace, and inner strength. Nothing is forced — the process unfolds naturally to the extent that it is possible for you. What happens in a session?

All sessions are carried out by Wouter Bosch. The energetic work is a natural process. Sometimes it feels light and gentle, other times more intense to create a deeper shift. Everything stays within what you can handle. Results vary per person and cannot be guaranteed, but in more than 95% of sessions people experience the outcome as positive, strengthening, and expansive.

Will I have to talk about my past or uncomfortable topics?

You never have to talk about anything you don’t want to. We follow your pace and your goals. Sometimes healing brings up discomfort as you release old patterns, but I will always guide you safely through the process.

How often should I book a session?

This depends on your goals and your personal process. Some people find that one or two sessions are enough. Others prefer regular sessions for a longer period. In case of illness or mental issues we often begin weekly or bi-weekly, and later move to monthly check-ins or whenever you feel it is helpful.

Can this work also help with health or relationships?

Yes. As you reconnect with yourself, you become calmer and more present. This naturally influences your health, your relationships, and the way you live your life. Sometimes physical or emotional complaints ease, sometimes you simply gain clarity and strength to move forward.

What approaches do you use?

The work combines systemic guidance (such as family constellations), energetic therapy (both distant and in-person), and consciousness development. The approach is holistic: body, mind, and soul are included. There is no fixed method or protocol — each process arises in direct alignment with you.

Is online work effective?

Yes. Distance and online sessions are just as powerful as in-person sessions. They are experienced differently, but the effects are the same. For many people it is even easier to fit into their daily lives and you can get clarity and support from anywhere you are. In-person sessions are available in Eindhoven or on location.

2. Practicalities

How much does a session cost?

Private session rates are listed on the website. Business and organizational work follow different conditions and are always based on an offer.

  • Travel for home visits: €0.25/km
  • Average session length: 50–90 minutes
  • If a session runs longer, extra time is free.
  • If a session ends earlier, there is no partial refund.
Is this work covered by insurance?

No. This work is not reimbursed by health insurance. Invoices are provided for your own records and are often tax deductible as professional or personal development expenses.

In some cases, employers support personal growth and systemic coaching through training or development budgets, as these sessions strengthen resilience, self-awareness, and professional effectiveness. In the Netherlands, options like the STAP budget or sector funds may provide (partial) reimbursement. Please check with your HR department or sector fund for available possibilities.

How do I pay?

Payments are processed through Mollie.com. By booking, you agree to the chosen rate and conditions. VAT is automatically calculated and shown on the invoice.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Individual sessions: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (minus transaction costs). Within 24 hours: 50% refund. No-show: no refund.
  • Family Constellations (group work): Cancel up to 2 weeks in advance for a full refund. Between 2 and 1 week: 50% refund. In the last week: no refund.
Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. If you are unable to attend, please contact me immediately so we can find a new date. If I need to cancel, you will be informed right away and you can either reschedule or receive a full refund (minus transaction costs).

How do I prepare for a session?

There is nothing you need to do. Simply show up and be open to what unfolds. The work will meet you where you are.
